Systematic Lupus Erymatheus(SLE) on me...for now

I hadn't been knowing the disease of Systematic Lupus Erymatheus(SLE) until myself got strike by it. It's been 4 years after I was diagnosed with such disease from July of 2011. All the way long, I'm glad to have my family, friends and colleagues keep on supporting and lend me a hand whenever I need them.

Of course, in between these 4 years, there are many changes had appeared on me. I had changed in my dietary, lifestyles and the attitude towards life. I spend most of my time with my family and friends. I appreciate every moments I had with them. Appreciating every important details of my life even in their life.

Now, for sure, stress is not allowed as advised by the doctors. However, as a working adult, that's a tough task been given to me as a project coordinator. Anyhow, I just work my best to cater with all the difficulties and be work-life balance.

I know that there might be many out there like me now, or even worsen. What i would share here is to be optimistic. Don't think all about the negativity of this disease. Follow the doctors advises and prescriptions. Adopt with a healthy lifestyles like monitoring your dietary and do exercises. I know it's not easy to simply start with. Step by step and slowly you can adapt with that.

There are so many beautiful things, people in the world. There are many that we never been explore or encounter. Live longer to see more!

Keep it up for all and myself! This is my life which I can control! (>‿◠)✌
