What's the boss rights against his employees?
Where's the boundary for the employees shall work with?
Is it even an employee can't even arrange his own holidays?
Even it's a boss's order to work on public holidays, he/she shall obey?
These always been questioned by many of the employees. Especially those employees works under a boss that doesn't cares what's holidays are there, as long as he orders you obeys. Whenever he calls, you have to pick up the phone even it's on Sunday! Wherever he asks you to travel for a business trips, you have to go even it falls on public holidays!
Am I going to obey? NO! DEFINITELY!
I was been text this morning as he wants me to go for a business trip AGAIN during coming public holidays which I had been planned to spare my time with my bestie as she is going to have a pre-wedding ceremony at Ipoh, Perak. I'm going to fly there to accompany her all time for the whole relative meeting ceremony. This is an important event for my bestie before she is getting marry with hers fiance.
I don't want to miss any of hers important events in hers life. She is really a soul mate of mine. She is too important for me. She is a part of my family. How could I absent from there????
He is always being inconsiderate and been cancelled my application of leaves for several times. As I had to respected him, because he is my boss, the payer of my salary. Sometimes, I will have a thought that does that means I need to obey him for everything even it's interfere with my personal life?
I really fed up for many times, and thought to tender my resignation. But, I'm handling one of the projects from the beginning and it's coming to an ends, I prefer to finish it off before I left. This is the main reason been dragging me all time.
It's time now. To really think of my future career. For a better tomorrow. For a better me, freely me!
